What a pleasant surprise it was to wander around San Siro, a vast district (quartiere) of Milan, Italy, discovering the splendid backdrop of the Art Nouveau architecture of the Ippodromo del Galoppo, a most important Italian hippodrome.
Inside you can find a stunning and beautiful gift from USA, a large bronze statue of a horse, inspired by the drawings of Leonardo da Vinci on a granite and marble structure that gives visibility and exposure to the statue. Enjoy the reading on 1blog4u

HOBBY SHOW in Milan (the “mother” of all the other HOBBY SHOWs, Pordenone, Roma, Pescara, Catania) is scheduled, in an all-new version. In the pavilions of Fiera Milano City, it was possible to find everything needed for spare time to dedicate to their passions and favourite activities, and much more. The stands included companies, retailers, shops, specialised publishing, and above all teachers and experts, “tutors” to guide you through the discovery of new frontiers and to illustrate the most disparate decorating techniques. The many offers included: decoupage, scrapbooking, Biedermeier, rock painting, costume jewellery, cross stitch, needlepoint, filet crochet, patchwork and quilting, painting on fabric and silk, pottery, engraving, glass work, cake design and cooking. The dynamic and constantly expanding sector has often fully booked for the various sessions, stages and workshops. The strong feature of Hobby Show is its ability to interpret all the aspects of female handicrafts and meet the expectations and needs of every category of visitor. Five companies struck me: SAROBIDY, INNBAMBOO, HOBBY FELTRO, CREATTIVA Srl and the FANTASIOSE VIAGGIANTI’s courses. Two “ingredients” that are not lacking: welcome and kindness. Below you will find a brief description of each of them and the contact details and… 》》》 Enjoy the reading on 1blog4u

KOSE collection was created to rediscover the charm of old crafts in the third millennium which is strongly influenced by technology and by homologation.
Its lines are pure and essential.
KOSE collection is entirely and exclusively produced in Italy.
This makes their items unique, because they are entirely manufactured by hand, according to ancient techniques, and because they are meant for those

What a pleasant surprise it was to wander around Milan, discovering Quartiere Arcobaleno. It is a small neighborhood that seems to come out of a fairy tale. A district out of ordinary. Rainbow district (Quartiere Arcobaleno), this nickname derives from the wide range of colors on the houses facades. Via Lincoln is probably one of the most unexpected neighborhood in Milan (at the coordinates of Via Lincoln and Via Franklin): not far from Piazza Cinque Giornate and… Enjoy the reading on 1blog4u

The signed and numbered mosaic belt buckles are individually handcrafted by Randi from vintage license plates found in dusty attics, barns and auctions, using a multi-step process that involves cutting, shaping, hammering, filing, welding, cementing, beveling, waxing and polishing. Randi notes, “Each of my metal mosaic belt buckles is a one of a kind, just like the people who wear them.”
“My aim is to draw attention to the… Enjoy the reading on 1blog4u
